From Kalamata city center, head to the Kalamata Central Bus Station (Ktel). You can walk to the station which is about a 15-minute walk from the main square (Plateia 23is Martiou). Once at the bus station, purchase a ticket to Stenosia. Buses to Stenosia may run infrequently, so check the timetable or ask at the station for the next available bus. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Stenosia stop, the waterfalls are about a 15-minute walk from the bus stop. Head north on the main road, then take the first left onto a smaller road that leads up towards the hills. Follow the signs to the waterfalls.

If you prefer a quicker option, you can take a taxi from Kalamata to Stenosia Waterfalls. You can hail a taxi from the street or ask your hotel to call one for you. The path is scenic, but be cautious as it can be steep in some areas. Once you reach Stenosia, follow the local signs to the waterfalls.
