The journey should take about 45 minutes. Once you arrive at Stenosia, disembark at the main bus stop. From there, follow the signs towards the waterfalls, which will require a short hike of approximately 1km along a marked trail.

If you are already in the town of Stenosia, you can walk to the waterfalls. Start from the central square of Stenosia and head towards the direction of the mountains. Look for the signs indicating the trail to the Stenosia Waterfalls. The hike is approximately 1km and will take around 20-30 minutes, depending on your pace. The trail is well-marked, and you will be surrounded by beautiful natural scenery.

Bicycle Rental
For a more adventurous option, you can rent a bicycle in Kalamata. Head to the Kalamata Bike Rentals located near the central square. After renting a bike, cycle towards Stenosia via the coastal road, which offers lovely views. The distance is about 20km, and it will take approximately 1-1.5 hours to reach Stenosia. Once in Stenosia, park your bicycle and follow the marked trail to the waterfalls.
