Once you arrive in Keramoti, you can catch a ferry to Thasos Island. The ferry terminal is just a short walk from the bus station. The ferry ride to Thasos takes about 30-40 minutes. Upon arrival at Thasos, head towards the beach area, which is well-signposted.
