From the main bus station in Kos Town, take the bus heading towards Kefalos. This bus runs regularly throughout the day. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes. You will need to get off at the stop named 'Kefalos.' After disembarking, walk along Epar.Od. Ko-Kefalou road in the direction of Kos Town for about 10 minutes. The Hatziemmanouil Vineyards will be on your right-hand side.

If you're renting a bicycle in Kos Town, head towards the coastal road. Cycle west along the promenade until you reach the intersection with Epar.Od. Ko-Kefalou. Turn right onto Epar.Od. Ko-Kefalou and continue cycling for about 3 kilometers. The Hatziemmanouil Vineyards will be on your left as you approach.

If you prefer to walk, start from the center of Kos Town. Head west towards the harbor, and follow the coastal promenade until you reach the main road. Turn left onto Epar.Od. Ko-Kefalou and walk straight for about 4 kilometers. You will see the Hatziemmanouil Vineyards on your right. It will take approximately 50 minutes to walk there.
