Walking
Πλατεία Πάρκου is centrally located in Lamia and easily accessible on foot from most parts of the city center. From the Lamia Castle, walk downhill towards the city center following the main road. The square will be on your right. Walking from the KTEL bus station will take approximately 25 minutes. Walk straight from the bus station towards the city center. You will pass Plateia Eleftherias on your left before reaching Plateia Parkou. No costs involved.
Public Transport
Local buses in Lamia serve the city and surrounding areas. Bus number 4 starts from Parkou Square and travels through Athinon Avenue and the southern part of the town. Bus number 1 also starts from Parkou and goes to the town's hospital. A single bus fare costs approximately €1.20.
Taxi
Taxis are readily available in Lamia. You can find taxi stands around the city, or call for a taxi. A short taxi ride from the KTEL bus station to Πλατεία Πάρκου will cost approximately €5-€7. Keep in mind that prices may increase at night.
