Car
If you're traveling by car, Edessa Waterfalls is approximately 90 kilometers from Thessaloniki. Take the E65 highway towards Edessa. After about an hour, take the exit toward Edessa and follow the signs to the town center. Once in Edessa, follow the local signs to the waterfalls, which are located in the city park. The address is Tsimiski 2, Edessa 582 00. Parking is available nearby.
Public Transportation
To reach Edessa Waterfalls via public transportation, take a KTEL bus from Thessaloniki’s KTEL Bus Station (located at 100, 26th October Str). Buses to Edessa run regularly and the journey takes about 1.5 hours. Once you arrive at the Edessa bus station, you can either walk (about 15-20 minutes) to the waterfalls or take a local taxi. Make sure to check the bus schedule for return trips to Thessaloniki.
