By Car
If you are driving, start from the city of Skopje. Take the A1 highway heading south toward Tetovo. After about 50 km, take the exit toward Gostivar. Continue on the main road through Gostivar, then follow signs to the village of Koleshino. Once in Koleshino, navigate using your GPS to the coordinates 41.3695082, 22.8068927. There is parking available near the waterfall area. Note that some rural roads may be less maintained, so exercise caution.
By Public Transportation
From Skopje, take a bus to Gostivar from the main bus station (Autobuska stanica). The bus ride takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.
