    Once you arrive at the main gate of Monemvasia, Emvasis Cafe is located a short walk inside the castle walls. Follow the main street, and you'll find the cafe on your right-hand side, opposite a local art gallery. The entire lower town is pedestrianized, so walking is the only way to reach it.

    Public Transport

    From the new town of Gefyra, local buses frequently run to the entrance of Monemvasia. After getting off the bus, walk through the main gate and follow the main street to find Emvasis Cafe on your right. Bus fare is approximately €1-2.

    Taxi

    Taxis are available in Gefyra and can take you to the entrance of Monemvasia. From there, it's a short walk to Emvasis Cafe. A taxi ride from Gefyra to the Monemvasia gate will cost approximately €5-€10.

    Driving

    Drive towards the causeway connecting Gefyra to Monemvasia. Parking is available along the road leading to the castle gate, but it can be limited, especially during peak season. Parking is free. From where you park, walk through the main gate and follow the main street to Emvasis Cafe.
