Buses run frequently from the KTEL bus station in Thessaloniki, and the journey takes about 1.5 hours. Once in Litochoro, you can either take a taxi or look for local buses that head toward Skala - Oropedio Mouson. Taxis should be available near the bus station. The taxi ride to Hades Pass will take approximately 30 minutes and may cost around 20-30 euros depending on the exact pickup point.
