Car
If you're driving, start from the nearest town, Kalamata. Head southeast on the E65 highway towards Sparta. Follow the signs for Mount Taygetos. After about 30 km, take the exit towards 'Proástio' (follow local signs). Continue on the local road for about 10 km until you reach Proástio, which will be on your right. Look for the address: Προάστιο 240 22.
Public Transportation
To reach Proástio by public transport, take a KTEL bus from Kalamata to Sparta. The bus departs from Kalamata's central bus station.
