From Mykonos Town, walk to the main bus station located near Fabrika Square. Take the bus to the port of Mykonos (Tourlos). Once at the port, take a ferry to Ermoupoli on the island of Syros. The ferry ride takes about 1.5 hours. Upon arrival at the Ermoupoli port, walk towards Stamatiou Proiou Street. Casino Syros is located at Stamatiou Proiou 74, just a 10-minute walk from the port.

From Mykonos, you can take a ferry directly from the Mykonos port to Ermoupoli on Syros. Check the ferry schedules in advance and buy your ticket. Upon arrival at Ermoupoli port, exit the terminal and head towards Stamatiou Proiou Street. Walk for about 10 minutes, and you will find Casino Syros at Stamatiou Proiou 74.
