If you are in Mykonos Town (Chora), start by heading towards the main square, Manto Mavrogenous Square. From the square, find the path leading to the old port. Walk along the waterfront promenade until you reach the old port area. From there, you will see signs directing you towards Ermoupoli. Continue walking along the coast, following the signs for about 20 minutes until you reach Ladopoulou Street. Turn left onto Ladopoulou Street, and the Church of Saint Nicholas will be on your right.

Begin your journey at the Mykonos Bus Station located near Fabrika Square. Take a bus heading to Ano Mera. After approximately 15 minutes, get off at the 'Ermoupoli' stop. From there, walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach Ladopoulou Street. Turn left onto Ladopoulou Street, and you will find the Church of Saint Nicholas on your right.
