    If you are starting from Mykonos Town, head towards the Old Port. From there, look for the bus station and catch a bus to the village of Ano Mera. The ride will take about 15 minutes. Once you arrive at Ano Mera, exit the bus and head towards the main square. From the square, take the road heading east named 'Epar.Od. Damariona-Danakou'. Walk along this road for approximately 10 minutes. You will see the Saint Marina Holy Chapel on your right side, marked by its distinctive white facade.

    If you are at the beach area of Agios Ioannis, start walking towards the main road that leads to Mykonos Town. Follow the signs to Ano Mera. This will take you about 30 minutes on foot. Once you reach the main road, take a left and continue walking until you reach Ano Mera. From the village square, take the 'Epar.Od. Damariona-Danakou' road as previously described and walk for another 10 minutes to arrive at the chapel.

    You can rent a bicycle from various shops in Mykonos Town. Start your ride towards Ano Mera. Once you reach Ano Mera, park your bicycle near the main square. From there, head east on 'Epar.Od. Damariona-Danakou'. This route is approximately 2 kilometers and should take around 10 minutes. The chapel will be on your right side.

    From Mykonos Town, go to the bus station and take a bus to Ano Mera. Buses run regularly throughout the day. After about 15 minutes, you will arrive in Ano Mera.
