If you are in the main square of Nafplio, start by heading towards the waterfront promenade, known as 'Vasileos Konstantinou'. Walk along the promenade until you reach the ferry terminal (about 15-20 minutes). From there, you can take a ferry to Spetses island. Once you arrive at the 'Dapia' port on Spetses, the Museum of Spetses is a short walk away. Head straight from the port along the main road, and you will see signs directing you to the museum, which is approximately a 10-minute walk.

From Nafplio, you can take a KTEL bus to the nearby town of Kosta. Head to the KTEL bus station located in the center of Nafplio. Purchase a ticket to Kosta (approximately 30 minutes ride). Once you arrive at the 'Dapia' port, the Museum of Spetses is a short walk away, following the main road directly from the port.
