Car
If you are driving from Parikia, the main port of Paros, start by heading southeast on the Epar.Od. Parikias-Poundas road. Continue for about 10 km until you reach the junction with the Epar.Od. Mykonou-Naousas road. Turn left and continue on this road for approximately 25 km, following signs for Mykonos. Once you reach Mykonos, follow the signs towards Mykonos Town. When you get to the town, look for parking options nearby, as the area can be quite busy. The Mykonos Folklore Museum is located in the Kastro area of Mykonos, close to the landmark windmills, and is about a 5-minute walk from the nearest parking area.
Public Transportation
To reach Mykonos Folklore Museum using public transportation, catch a ferry from Parikia, Paros to Mykonos. Ferries run frequently, so check the schedule at the port. Once you arrive at the Mykonos port, take a local bus that heads to Mykonos Town (Chora). The bus ride is about 10-15 minutes. After arriving in Mykonos Town, follow the signs towards the Kastro area. The museum is within a short walking distance from the central bus stop.
