From the central bus station (Ktel Achaia) in Patras, take bus number 2 or 3 towards the waterfront. Ask the driver to drop you off at the 'Akti Dimeon' stop. After you get off, walk a short distance along the promenade heading east until you reach Akti Dimeon 84, where the Patras Carnival offices are located.

If you prefer a quicker option, find a taxi at any of the designated taxi ranks in Patras. Tell the driver to take you to 'Akti Dimeon 84.' The ride should take about 5-10 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to specify that you want to go to the Patras Carnival offices.
