    Nafpaktos is a pedestrian-friendly town, and many attractions are easily accessible on foot. From the KTEL bus station, walk east along the main road (Avenue Nafpaktou) towards the Venetian harbor. The harbor is approximately a 10-15 minute walk. Psani beach is located to the west of the port, while Gribovo beach is to the east. The Venetian Castle is located on the hill above the town and can be reached by following the stepped path leading uphill from the Old Port. Allow approximately 20-30 minutes for the ascent.

    The local KTEL bus connects Nafpaktos with nearby towns and villages. From the KTEL bus station , local buses provide access to the beaches outside the city center, such as Monastiraki.     Taxis are readily available in Nafpaktos and can be hailed on the street or booked in advance. A short taxi ride from the KTEL bus station to the Venetian harbor costs approximately €5-€7. Several free parking areas are available, including one at Koridaleos 4. Another option is P10 Parking Ναύπακτος at vizantiou.
