Production Excellence

The state-of-the-art factory features cutting-edge machinery that halves processing time while ensuring top quality. Koroneiki olives, thriving in the fertile Peloponnese soil under a mild climate, yield an oil with spicy finish, velvety texture, and notes of antioxidants and healthy monounsaturated fats. From first cold press at temperatures below 27°C, the oil is bottled on-site, supporting exports worldwide. Beyond EVOO, they craft stuffed and sliced olives like Kalamata and green varieties, all hand-harvested to maintain flavor integrity.
