If you are starting from the Old Town of Rhodes, head northwest towards the entrance of the Old City. From the main entrance, walk straight down the main street, 'Ippokratous', until you reach the 'Square of the Jewish Martyrs'. Continue straight until you reach 'Platia Aristotelous'. Turn left onto 'Dimitriou' street. Keep walking straight until you see the 'Gate d'Amboise' on your right, just before the wall.
