Lindos is best explored on foot due to its pedestrian-only streets. From the main parking areas , walk downhill towards the village center. The Acropolis is accessed via a stepped path leading up the hill. Note that the path can be steep and uneven. Alternatively, donkey rides are available from the village entrance to the Acropolis. Consider that the walk from the parking to the village is a few minutes.

Buses from Rhodes Town and other parts of the island arrive at the main bus stop outside the village. From there, it's a short walk downhill to the village center. A local shuttle bus may be available to transport visitors from the main bus stop to a square closer to the sea. Bus tickets from Rhodes Town to Lindos cost approximately €5-€8. The shuttle bus, if operating, costs around €0.50.

Taxis are available from Rhodes Town and the airport. A taxi from Rhodes Town to Lindos costs approximately €45-€60 , and the journey takes around 50 minutes. From the taxi rank , it's a short walk to the village center. Taxi fares within Lindos start at approximately €0.80 per km.

Parking is available in paid lots near the entrance to Lindos. Lindos Heart Parking is the only authorized parking lot inside the village, costing €7 per day. St. Paul's Parking is another option, also costing €7 per day. Parking is limited, especially during peak season. Consider arriving early or later in the day to find a spot. Free parking may be available further uphill, but it requires a longer walk.
