From Samos Town, walk to the main bus station located at the port. Look for the bus service heading to Kusadasi, Turkey. The bus ride will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at the Kusadasi bus terminal, you can take a taxi to Selçuk, which is about a 30-minute drive. When in Selçuk, ask the taxi driver to take you to the House of Virgin Mary, located at Atatürk Mahallesi, Meryemana Mevkii, Küme Evler.

From Samos, take a ferry to Kusadasi. Once you arrive at Kusadasi port, you can either take a taxi directly to Selçuk, which is approximately 30 minutes away, or use local transportation to reach the Selçuk bus terminal. From the bus terminal, take a local bus or taxi to the House of Virgin Mary at Atatürk Mahallesi, Meryemana Mevkii, Küme Evler.

If you are staying in Selçuk, you can walk to the House of Virgin Mary from the town center. Head north on Atatürk Boulevard until you reach the intersection with Meryemana Street. Turn left onto Meryemana Street and continue walking for about 2 kilometers. Follow the signs to the House of Virgin Mary, which will be on your right as you approach.
