From the town of Pythagoreio, head to the main bus station, located centrally near the harbor. Look for the bus that is heading towards Heraion or the surrounding archaeological sites. Buses typically run every hour. Make sure to check the schedule posted at the bus station. The journey should take about 15-20 minutes. Get off at the designated stop for Heraion, which is easily marked. From there, follow the signs leading to the Archaeological Site.
