From Samos Town (Vathy), take the KTEL bus towards Pythagorio. The buses run regularly throughout the day. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Pythagorio, ask the driver to drop you off at the main square (Plateia Pythagoriou).

From the main square in Pythagorio, head towards the main road (Dimokratias Street) and follow it uphill. After about 10 minutes of walking, you will reach a sign indicating the path to Panagia Spiliani Monastery. Follow the signs and the well-marked trail, which will take you through beautiful natural surroundings. The walk should take approximately 15-20 minutes.

If you are in Kokkari, take the KTEL bus to Pythagorio. Once you reach Pythagorio, follow the same walking directions as mentioned above to reach the monastery.
