If you're in Samos town, head towards the harbor area. From the waterfront, walk along the promenade until you reach the main street (Agiou Nikolaou street). Follow this street north until you reach the intersection with Kallinikou Sarpaki Street. Turn right onto Kallinikou Sarpaki Street and continue walking straight. You will come across a sign indicating the direction to Protomē. Continue on this path until you see the entrance to Protomē on your left, just past the local shops.
