Start your journey from Vathy, the capital of Samos. Head to the main bus station located near the port area. Look for the bus that goes to Karlovasi, which should be clearly marked. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Karlovasi, you will need to disembark at the main bus station.

From the Karlovasi bus station, exit the station and head west on the main road (Epar.Od. Karlovasiou - Vathy). Continue walking straight for about 1 km. You will pass by local shops and cafes. Keep an eye out for signs directing you to Μεγάλη Λάκκα (Megali Lakka). When you reach the intersection, turn left onto the road leading to Megali Lakka.
