The cable car ride takes you directly down to the Old Port. Once at the Old Port, look for the ticket booths for ferries to Nea Kameni. Purchase your ticket for the next ferry heading to Nea Kameni, which is usually well signposted. The ferry ride takes approximately 20-30 minutes, and you will enjoy beautiful views of the caldera as you approach the volcano.
