If arriving by ferry from Volos, Skiathos, or Alonissos, simply walk along the waterfront promenade. The meeting point is usually near a prominent landmark, such as the Panagitsa of Pyrgos church. Check the specific tour details for the exact meeting location. Skopelos Town is easily walkable, with most of the main attractions located within a short distance of the port. Be prepared for some uphill walking and steps, as the town is built on a hillside.

If arriving at Glossa (Loutraki) or Agnontas port, take the local bus to Skopelos Town. The bus station in Skopelos Town is near the port. From the bus station, it's a short walk to the town center and the usual meeting points for the walking tours. As of May 2025, Skopelos has a new local bus service with a modern fleet. Buses run frequently along the main route connecting Skopelos Town with other villages and beaches. A single bus fare from Glossa to Skopelos is around €5. From Agnontas to Skopelos the price is around €2. Purchase tickets on board.
