Great day out looking at the sights of Western Rhodes

Great day out. Nice pace of the tour. Knowledgeable guide (her name was Katherine). Excellent restaurant with amazing food (huge portion sizes, hot and so tasty). Food is an additional cost to the trip. It was €19 for fish or €17 for meat (chicken) which includes wine, water and soft drink. Kamiros architectural site is incredible but again an additional cost. If you don't pay there is nothing to do and you can't even use the cafe or toilets. It is very much worth doing this extra but I do not understand why it isn't included in the excursion cost?! The orthodox Church is very pretty. The viewpoint for photos is just stunning! The wine and suma tasting was not for my tastes but the gift shop was peasant and big. Includes honey tasting too. Butterfly valley was amazing but it is steep in places. We needed longer here really - again entrance is extra and not included in the experience and I do not understand why. Lasts a full 8 hours but we thoroughly enjoyed it.

One the highlights of our week

We did a private tour by Jeep with George and it was definitely one of our favorite excursions. We tailored our day so there was something for everyone. Offroading was a great way to see Rhodes. Everyone enjoyed the farm stop and the beach. We would have stayed out longer if we could have!
