From Aristotelous Square, take bus lines 12, 27, or 39 and disembark at the 'Stratigio' bus stop, a short walk from the tower. A single bus ticket costs €1.10.

The OTE Tower is located in the city center and is easily reachable on foot from many central locations. From Aristotelous Square, walk east along the waterfront, then turn inland on Egnatia Street. The tower will be on your left within a 20-minute walk.

Overview

The OTE Tower, standing at 76 meters, is a prominent landmark within the Thessaloniki International Exhibition Center. Designed by Greek architect Alexandros Anastasiadis, the tower was completed in 1970 and first opened to the public during the 35th Thessaloniki International Fair. Initially used for television and radio broadcasts, including the first black and white broadcasts of Greek State Television in 1971, it now houses the Cosmote cellular mobile telephone network.The highlight of the OTE Tower is the Skyline Bar, a revolving cafe-bar that provides a 360-degree view of Thessaloniki. The bar completes a full rotation in approximately 60 minutes, allowing visitors to admire the city's attractions from every angle. Enjoy coffee, spirits, wine, cocktails, and snacks in a unique setting with elegant decor. Live piano music adds to the sophisticated ambiance in the evenings.The OTE Tower and Skyline Bar offer a memorable experience, blending culinary delights with breathtaking panoramic views.
