Such a great food tour with Hara! She was welcoming, fun and incredibly knowledgeable - not just about Thessaloniki, but about the fascinating history behind its food. She took us to local spots we definitely would never have found on our own and it was clear she has great relationships with the vendors. We also loved all the recommendations she gave us for the rest of our time in Thessaloniki and elsewhere in Greece. Each family welcomed us with genuine hospitality and eagerness to share their history, traditions, and how their restaurants began. The food was incredible, the local culture was fascinating, and Bill and Elisa’s knowledge and passion for Thessaloniki made the experience unforgettable.
