Getting There

  • Driving

    From Zakynthos Town, follow the main road south towards Argassi and Vassilikos. Continue past Argassi and Xirokastelo. After approximately 11 km (6 miles) from Zakynthos Town, look for signs to Porto Zorro Beach. There are two entrances to the beach, one at 4 km and another at 7 km from Xirokastelo. Parking is free but can be limited during peak season. Expect a 20-minute drive from Zakynthos Town. There are hundreds of parking spaces available.

    From Zakynthos Town, take the bus to Vasilikos. From Vasilikos, Porto Zorro Beach is approximately 1 km (0.6 miles) away. You can walk or take a short taxi ride to the beach. Bus fare from Zakynthos Town to Vasilikos is approximately €2-€4. A taxi from Vasilikos center to Porto Zorro Beach will cost around €5-€7.

    A taxi from Zakynthos Airport (ZTH) to Porto Zorro Beach costs approximately €13-€16 and takes about 13 minutes. A taxi from Zakynthos Town will cost approximately €15-€20 and take around 20 minutes, depending on traffic. There are always taxis available at the airport.
