  • Public Transport

    From Maurice Bishop International Airport (MBIA), take a local bus towards St. George's. Buses are easily identified by their route number on the windshield. The fare ranges from EC$2.50 to EC$6.50, depending on the distance. The bus will drop you off at the St. George's bus terminal, from where you can explore the city center on foot or take another bus to your final destination.

    Taxis are readily available at MBIA. A taxi ride from the airport to St. George's costs approximately EC$25 (USD 10). Agree on the fare with the driver before starting your journey. Taxis accept both US dollars and East Caribbean dollars. From St. George's, you can take another taxi to various locations around the island.

  • Ferry

    To reach Grenada's sister islands, Carriacou and Petite Martinique, take the Osprey Lines ferry from St. George's. The ferry terminal is located on the Carenage in St. George's. A one-way ticket to Carriacou costs approximately EC$80. The journey takes about 90 minutes to 2.5 hours. Check the Osprey Lines website for the latest schedules and fares.
