Getting There

Walking
Starting from the center of Gouyave, head east towards the main road, which is the main thoroughfare through the town. You will pass by local shops and markets. Continue straight until you reach the junction with the main road (the one leading out of Gouyave). At the junction, turn left onto the main road and continue walking for approximately 1.5 kilometers. You will notice a gradual change in scenery as you leave the town behind. Keep an eye out for road signs indicating Epping Forest. Once you see a sign for Epping Forest, continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach a fork in the road. Take the right path at the fork and after a few hundred meters, you will see Laura Herb and Spice Garden on your left. The entrance is marked, and there is a small sign indicating the garden.

From the center of Gouyave, locate the bus stop near the main market. Board a minibus heading towards Epping Forest. The fare should be minimal, and you will pay the driver once you reach your destination. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Epping Forest. The drive will take about 10-15 minutes.
