Getting There

    To reach Black Bay Beach, drive towards the end of Cotton Bailey Road in the parish of St. John. From Marigot, follow the signs to Black Bay; the drive is approximately 20 minutes. Parking is available near the trailhead. From the parking area, a 20-minute hike along a dirt path through farmland and an orchard leads to the beach. The path includes a steep descent just before the beach.

    From Grenville or St. George's, take a minibus towards Concord. Ask the driver to drop you off at the closest point to the Concord main road. From there, follow the road towards Cotton Bailey Road and the trailhead. The walk from the main road to the trailhead is approximately 20 minutes. From the trailhead, it's another 20-minute hike to the beach. Minibus fares typically cost around EC$3-5 for a short trip.
