    From Levera Beach, catch a bus heading towards St. George's. Ask the driver to drop you off at the River Sallee junction. The bus ride costs approximately 3-5 EC dollars. From the junction, walk about 2 kilometers down the road marked for River Sallee Boiling Springs; the springs will be on your right.

    From Levera Beach, head south on the main road towards St. Patrick's. Continue straight for about 5 kilometers until you reach the junction at River Sallee. Turn left onto the road marked for River Sallee Boiling Springs. Follow this road for approximately 2 kilometers, and you will see signs indicating the boiling springs on your right. Parking is available near the entrance.

Nestled in the northeast of Grenada, near Levera National Park, River Sallee Boiling Springs offers a fascinating glimpse into the island's volcanic activity. This natural attraction features six distinct boiling springs, where the water temperature reaches approximately 95 degrees Fahrenheit (35 degrees Celsius). These springs are concentrated within a 594-square-meter area, characterized by soft, porous volcanic sediments.The largest spring has muddy brown water, measuring about 15 feet in circumference and 6 feet in depth. The other springs contain clear, salty water, an intriguing feature considering their location over a mile from the sea. The runoff channels display striking orange-yellow sulphur deposits, adding to the visual appeal.River Sallee Boiling Springs holds cultural significance, with local Baptists traditionally using the site for baptisms and other rituals. Many visitors toss coins into the springs and make wishes, while others test the waters for their rumored healing properties. Some of the springs have been enlarged to allow visitors to dip in and experience the warm, mineral-rich waters. Visitors can indulge in sulphur baths, mud body massages, and loofah treatments, followed by relaxation in the warm sulphur pools and cleansing with water from a sulphur spring well.While there, take the time to explore the small botanical garden at the entrance. Keep in mind that the experience is rustic, and the scent of sulphur is definitely present.
