Alternatively, you can take a taxi to St. George's city center and then a bus to Grand Anse. However, this option is more complicated, especially with luggage, and may take longer due to the lack of fixed bus schedules. The taxi to St. George's costs around XCD 50 (approximately €17 or $18 USD), and the bus to Grand Anse costs XCD 3 (approximately €1 or $1.10 USD). Private transfers are also available for pre-booking, offering door-to-door service.

To get to Grand Anse Beach from the cruise terminal in St. George's, you have several options. A taxi is the simplest and takes about 13 minutes to cover the 5.2 miles (8.5 km). Expect to pay around $6 USD per person. Another option is a water taxi, which costs about $5 USD per person and takes only 5 minutes. Public buses are also available for around $0.75 USD per person, with a journey time of approximately 30 minutes. The bus depot is close to the cruise terminal. Look for the 'St. George's' region sticker on the bus.
