It was first laid out by Vera Slinger, the wife of Dr. Leonard Slinger, and the baton was passed to Victoria Slinger, the wife of Paul Slinger, a former minister of Tourism in the Grenada government, who has developed it into a tropical paradise that is listed in the book “1001 gardens you must see before you die.” Inside the Great House, visitors can explore Grenada's rich history and culture through various exhibits.
