From Antonio B. Won Pat International Airport, take Route 10A to Marine Corps Drive (Route 1). Turn left and proceed approximately 5 miles, then turn left onto Route 6 and travel about 4 miles. The overlook will be on the right. Parking is free. There are paved walkways leading to the viewpoints and memorial wall.

From Dededo, take the bus heading south towards Hagatna. Disembark at the bus stop nearest to the intersection of Route 1. Walk south along Route 1 for about 0.5 miles. Follow the signs leading to Asan Bay Overlook. Bus fare is around $1.00 per ride.

Taxis are available at most hotels and major shopping centers. A taxi from Hagåtña to Asan Bay Overlook will cost approximately $20-$30. The standard flag rate is $2.40, $4.00 for the first mile, and $0.80 every ¼ mile thereafter.
