From the center of Dededo, start at the Dededo Flea Market, which is located at 1234 Route 16. Exit the market and head north on Route 16. Continue straight for about 1 mile until you reach the intersection with Route 1. Cross over to the opposite side of Route 1, and you will see the entrance to Hilaan Beach on your right.

If you're near the Dededo Sports Complex, head south on Route 16 until you reach the intersection with Route 1. Turn left onto Route 1 and follow the road for about half a mile. Look for signs indicating Hilaan Beach, which will be on your left side.
