From Tumon, head north on Route 1 (Marine Corps Drive) for approximately 16 km. Turn left onto Route 3 and continue for about 8 km. Look for signs leading to Pagat Cave. The trailhead is located at FVXG+XV3, Yigo, Guam. There is no parking fee, but ensure to park in designated areas.
