Car

If driving from Northern Guam, head south on Marine Corps Drive (Route 1). Follow Route 1 for approximately 9 miles, passing through Dededo and Mongmong-Toto-Maite. Continue until the intersection with Route 8 in Piti. Fish Eye Marine Park is on the right at 818 North, Marine Corps Dr. Free parking is available at the visitor center.

The Fish Eye Underwater Observatory offers a unique opportunity to explore Guam's underwater world. Located in the Piti Bomb Holes Marine Preserve, it's the only underwater observatory in Micronesia. The observatory descends approximately 30 feet (9.1 m) underwater, allowing visitors to view the diverse marine life in a natural habitat.The journey to the observatory begins with a stroll along a 900-foot (300 m) wooden bridge that extends over the crystal-clear waters of Piti Bay. The upper deck of the observatory provides 360-degree views of the ocean, coral reefs, and Guam's mountains. Descend the spiral staircase to the underwater viewing chamber, where 24 large windows (16 rectangular and 8 round) offer panoramic views of the marine life.Inside the observatory, you'll encounter over 200 species of fish and 80 varieties of coral. The Piti Bomb Holes are actually natural percolation pits where fresh water filters into the shallow lagoon. The area surrounding the observatory is a popular spot for snorkeling and diving.
