Start at the Sinajana Community Center located at 9C5C+R9P, Sinajana, Guam. From the Community Center, head north on Route 4. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Route 15. Turn left onto Route 15 and walk for another 0.8 miles. You will pass several local shops and eateries along the way. Keep an eye out for the Pagat Cave trailhead on your right, which is marked with a small sign. The trailhead is located at coordinates approximately 13.491006, 144.877762. Follow the trail leading into the forest, which will take you directly to Pagat Cave.

From any location in Sinajana, make your way to the nearest bus stop along Route 4. Board the bus heading north towards Dededo. Ride the bus for approximately 15 minutes and get off at the stop near the intersection of Routes 4 and 15. After disembarking, walk south along Route 15 for about 0.4 miles until you see the Pagat Cave trailhead on your left. The trail will lead you directly to the cave.
