Walking
From the center of Sinajana, start at the intersection of Route 4 and Route 10. Head north on Route 10 towards Yigo. Continue walking along Route 10 for approximately 2.5 miles (4 km). You will pass by several local shops and residences. Keep an eye out for the signs indicating the direction to Pagat Cave. Once you reach the intersection with Route 15, turn left onto Route 15. You will continue for about 1 mile (1.6 km) until you reach the Pagat Cave Trailhead. The trailhead is located at FVXG+XV3, Yigo, Guam, and is marked by a small parking area and a sign indicating the trail.
Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, start at the center of Sinajana. Take Route 4 north until you reach Route 10. Turn left onto Route 10 and cycle for about 2.5 miles (4 km). After reaching Route 15, turn left and continue cycling for another mile (1.6 km). The Pagat Cave Trailhead will be on your left at FVXG+XV3, Yigo, Guam. This route is fairly flat and should be manageable for most cyclists.
Public Transport and Walking
Begin your journey at the nearest bus stop in Sinajana. Take the bus heading north towards Yigo, making sure to check the schedule for the next available bus. Once you reach the bus stop closest to Route 15, disembark and continue walking north for about a mile (1.6 km) until you locate the Pagat Cave Trailhead at FVXG+XV3, Yigo, Guam. Look for local signage to guide you to the trailhead. Be mindful of the bus schedule for your return trip.
