From Tamuning Beach, head south on Route 1 (Marine Corps Drive). Continue straight for about 5 miles until you reach the intersection with Route 8. Turn left onto Route 8 and continue for about 1 mile. Look for signs for Hagåtña. As you enter Hagåtña, take a right onto FQF2. Plaza de España will be on your left. Make sure to find parking in the nearby lots, which may incur a small fee.
