Walking
Start from the central area of Tamuning, such as the Tumon Sands Plaza. Head west towards the main road, Route 1. Once you reach Route 1, turn right and continue walking along the sidewalk towards Hagåtña. After approximately 1.5 miles, you will reach the intersection with Route 8. Cross the street and continue straight onto Route 8, which will lead you into Hagåtña. Keep walking for about another 0.5 miles until you see the large sign for Plaza de España on your left. The entrance is easily accessible from the sidewalk.

Public Bus
Locate the nearest bus stop in Tamuning, such as near the Guam Premier Outlets. Take the Route 1 bus heading towards Hagåtña. Remain on the bus for about 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic, until you reach the bus stop closest to Plaza de España. Disembark at the stop and walk a few minutes towards the entrance of Plaza de España, which will be clearly marked.

Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, start from the Tumon area and cycle west towards Route 1. Once on Route 1, cycle north until you reach the intersection with Route 8. Turn left onto Route 8 and continue cycling for about 0.5 miles. Plaza de España will be on your left, and there should be bike racks available for parking your bicycle.
