From Hagåtña, head south on Marine Corps Drive (Route 1). Turn left onto Spruance Drive (Route 6) by the Veteran's Cemetery and head east up Nimitz Hill. Turn right onto Larson Road, then right again onto Turner Road. Continue on Turner Road for 1.5 miles, past the houses, and park in the small field on the right. From the parking area, follow the marked trail to Lower Sigua Falls. Parking is free. Note that the road can be bumpy.

From Hagåtña, take a bus towards Yona. Get off at the nearest bus stop in Yona. From there, you may need to take a taxi to the trailhead. Ask locals for the best way to reach Lower Sigua Falls from the bus stop. A short taxi ride from the bus stop to the parking area should cost around $10. Once at the parking area, follow the marked trail to Lower Sigua Falls. Bus fare from Hagatna to Yona is approximately $2 - $8.
