From Tumon, head north on Route 1 (Marine Corps Drive) for approximately 10 miles. Turn left onto Route 3 and continue for about 5 miles until you reach Yigo. Look for signs leading to Pagat Cave, which will be on your right. The trailhead is located off Route 15. There is no parking fee, and parking is available. Be aware that vehicles are often targeted for theft in this area, so do not leave valuables in your car.

To reach Pagat Cave via public transportation, take a bus towards Yigo from various points in Tumon or Hagatna. The bus will take you on Route 1 to the Yigo area.
