    From the central park of Chichicastenango, head southwest on Calle Principal. Continue walking for about 10 minutes, passing local shops and the bustling market area. You will eventually reach the intersection of Calle de los Sapos and Avenida 2. Turn right onto Avenida 2 and walk for another 15 minutes. You will see signs directing you towards the Volcán Atitlán. Follow the signs and you will reach the entrance to the hiking area.

    Tuk-Tuk

    You can find tuk-tuks near the central market in Chichicastenango. Approach one and tell the driver you want to go to Volcán Atitlán. The ride will take about 20 minutes. The driver will take you to the closest drop-off point near the entrance. From there, you may need to walk a short distance to reach the hiking trail.
