Start at the main square of Flores, Parque Central. From the park, head northwest towards Calle 30 de junio. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida 5 de febrero. Turn left on Avenida 5 de febrero and walk until you reach the bridge that connects Flores to the mainland. Cross the bridge and continue onto the road called Carr. a San Miguel. After approximately 1.5 km, look for signs leading to Petencito Zoo on your right. It's a short walk from the main road.
