Amazing Tour & Guide in Tikal & Yaxha
Reaching the top of the tallest temple in Tikal was an awesome experience made all the more special as by our amazing guide Otman Roel Contreras Mutzul of Tikalgo. Roel charmed my son & I with his sunny personality, good humor and extensive knowledge. He shared with us not only the history of Tikal, the Maya of yesteryear & today, their mythology, astrology and the symbolism present in their textile; but also the fauna & wildlife surrounding us. I was extremely happy to see Roel was also our guide for sunset at Yaxha. I would highly recommend Tikalgo & Roel to all who travel to the Peten.
