Getting There

  • Walking

    From the central park (Parque Central) in Panajachel, head south on Calle Santander. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calle Principal. Turn right onto Calle Principal and proceed until you reach the bus terminal (Terminal de Buses). From there, take a chicken bus heading towards Antigua. The ride will take approximately 2 hours. Once you arrive in Antigua, ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest point to Poniente 4, which is well-known in the area. You can then walk to Poniente 4, which is situated in a central area of Antigua.

  • Tuk-Tuk

    From your location in Panajachel, find a tuk-tuk stand or flag down a tuk-tuk driver. Tell the driver you want to go to the bus terminal (Terminal de Buses) for Antigua. The fare should be around 10-15 Quetzales. Once you arrive at the terminal, look for a chicken bus heading to Antigua. After about 2 hours of travel, you will reach Antigua.
